Season 2: Episode 18 - Leading the Way: Stories from the Class of 2025 featuring Jason Huynh, Emma Wood, and Jonah Gomez"
Join us for the second episode in our three-part finale as we wrap up Season 2 of the Cardinal Fly By Podcast. This episode features heartfelt reflections and words of wisdom from three standout graduates—Jason Huynh, Emma Wood, and Jonah Gomez—each of whom earned the honor of speaking at Osborne High School’s graduation ceremony due to their exceptional merit and involvement.
Jason, Emma, and Jonah share how they immersed themselves in the life of the school, from leading clubs and participating in activities to forming strong connections with the teachers who supported them through both challenges and victories. Their high school journeys began in the wake of the pandemic, as they transitioned from remote learning to reacclimating to the rhythms of traditional high school life. With the encouragement of their peers and teachers, they found stability, purpose, and belonging.
Throughout the episode, the graduates give numerous shout-outs to teachers who inspired, challenged, and believed in them. They speak candidly about the many opportunities Osborne provided—through academics, leadership roles, and extracurricular activities—that helped shape them into confident, capable young adults. They also offer a glimpse into their futures, which include military service, college degrees, and aspirations for graduate study.
These three graduates represent the spirit and strength of Osborne’s record-setting Class of 2025.
